At nearly 5,000 sq ft of renovated space, this multiple studio facility, artist space, and blackbox theatre will come equipped with every tool a dancer needs to succeed. We have designed our school with programs that will specifically suit one's personal goals and individual needs. We've created great programs for mothers and babies, preschool age, recreational group, youth company, competitive teams, pre professional, and professionals. We will offer professional auditions, performance opportunities, master classes, workshops, mentorships, apprentice programs, in-house shows, and private coaching for theatre and voice lessons.

Welcome to Dance Care

Jill S Rucci Master Teacher, founder and director of 8&1 Dance Company Dallas, 8&1 EAST, and Mother of 3 Littles, has taken on a new project and is thrilled to launch her carefully designed, new early childhood dance , play and creative movement program "DANCE CARE."

DANCE CARE was created with mothers in mind. We want our children off the screens, away from the TVs, and to use their imaginations and senses to play. We want to keep our babies safe and nurture them and help them to grow. At DANCE CARE we do just this . The program has been created to stimulate the imagination by using imagery to encourage development of basic motor skills ; along with dance, music, literature, art and fun projects.

This class runs on an open schedule M-Thursday 930-4. Yes Parents, drop your little ones off on your time and pick them up when it's convenient for you. Last minute meeting? Sitter running late? Need to get housework or grocery shopping done?
